Our Events

Our weekly runs are free and open t the public --and we welcome runners of ALL ability levels! We generally have a mix of preferred paces between 6:30 per kilometer and 5:30 per kilometer. When running sessions are big, we break into groups depending on pacing. But, in big groups or small groups, we always wait at stoplights and top of hills for the group to reform before continuing on our runs. If you have any questions about where you fall in pacing, please reach out to us here by email, through our Facebook group, or in person at the running event.
